MOUNT ISA CITY COUNCIL Mount Isa Great Northern Clean Up Saturday 31st August 2024 This event will be delivered by Southern Gulf NRM on behalf of the Mount Isa City Council. Can you spare a few hours to help remove rubbish at Moondarra Drive? All clean up equipment including litter grabbers, collection bags, safety gloves, safety vests and sunscreen will be supplied. Please wear suitable shoes, sun safe clothing and a hat. After the event all volunteers are invited to join us for a free BBQ to say a big thank you for your assistance! DATE: Saturday 31st August 2024 TIME: 7:30am to 11:30am MEETING POINT: Volunteers should meet and sign in at Moondarra Drive (past the cattle grid, near the illegal dumping sign with an owl) from 7:30am.
